This profitable FTSE 250 Facilities Management group specialises in the planning, installation and management of real estate, ensuring buildings and related facilities are smarter, greener, safer and run more efficiently. The initiation of an exciting finance transformation programme and an increase in the number of projects, contracts and bid pipeline has resulted in the group seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to act as a Finance Business partner on a portfolio of high profile contracts. A broad and varied brief includes:

-Supporting & influencing regional contracts & projects financial performance through month end close
-Supporting on all financial reviews & analysis of contracts & project portfolios
-Driving the preparation on monthly P&L - Profit and Loss reporting
-Preparation of monthly variance analysis at regional, portfolio & contract level
-Preparation of monthly management packs for operational teams
-Delivering the preparation of budgets & quarterly forecasts with operational teams
-Supporting financial month end processes including accruals & prepayments, balance sheet reconciliation
-Weekly reporting on Work in Progress, trial balance, PO activity, expenditure, labour, billing & contract P&L
-Day to day management of regional finance & accounting team

As a part-qualified, finalist or qualified accountant with proven commercial financial management, business partnering, analysis and staff management skills, gained within a commercially focused, Contracts or Projects business environment, you will be a self-motivated, proactive individual with evidence of influencing key stakeholders, a commercially focused analytical mind and the gravitas to support the decision-making process. The business is very fast-paced undergoing massive changes so requires a focussed and hard-working individual. Excellent career prospects are available for high calibre candidates.
