As a world class international Professional Services organisation, operating globally in all continents, this group has built an enviable reputation for delivering cross-border and multi-jurisdictional services across a broad range of business sectors, geographies & vertical markets, on behalf of a portfolio of corporate industrial clients, governments and banking & financial institutions. A 6-12-month project currently exists for a Project/PMO Manager, ideally with fluency in or a working knowledge of French, to support a European client in the implementation of significant change, client service and process innovation. A broad and varied brief includes:

-Stakeholder manage a key client with best-in-class Project/PMO Management services, delivering service progress reporting & governance, project management efficiencies, process improvement, increased profitability & service level efficiencies
-Identifying divergence from programme work plans or budget & implementing resolution supporting a matrix of internal & external stakeholders
-Streamlining administrative processes around material & business management
-Tracking & analysis of actual material costs against budget & addressing variances
-Weekly monitoring of WIP - staffing mix & levels to ensure work streams & programmes are within budget
-Setting & managing material & business management expectations with team members & client contacts
-Developing robust & collaborative relationships with clients & key stakeholders
-Acting as an interface between internal, client & third-party service providers
-Supporting the continuous development of project management methodology within the group
-Delivering post-closing material & business management reviews & education

As a graduate with PRINCE 2 or Project Management certification, you will demonstrate a track record of project management/PMO delivery, ideally gained within a professional services or international business environment, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal ability and experience of working cross-functionally. As the assignment is supporting an EMEA client based in the UK, fluency in or a working knowledge of French is highly advantageous. Immediate start available.
