Due to continued growth, an opportunity now exists for a 2:1/1st class graduate PRINCE 2 or AMP qualified Project Change Manager, working within a high profile global team, to support successful project delivery as a key element of corporate strategic change & transformation. With a remit encompassing global initiatives, Return on Investment, successful project implementation and risk management, a broad brief includes:
-Supporting the alignment of projects to strategic business goals
-Management of internal & external resources to ensuring project goals are achieved
-Advising business functions & regions on project management & delivery
-Providing specialist knowledge on project management skills & disciplines including change management, implementation & project risk analysis
-Providing operational advice on effective business change transformation implementation
-Business partnering with Business Process improvement teams to manage dependencies & navigate programme change challenges
-Supporting creation & implementation of project management policies, standards & procedures including business case preparation, budgets & project plans, progress reports, testing & training plans, risk & issue logs, ongoing support & maintenance documentation
-Engaging senior stakeholders (Directors, COOs, Partners etc.) ensuring projects are supported & deliver objectives
-Project programmes could encompass Technology-enabled change, Organisation Design, Function Restructure, establishing Centre Operations, Mergers & Alliances, Strategy Development or Business Performance & Process Improvement
As a 2:1/1st class graduate PRINCE 2 or APMP qualified Project manager, you will demonstrate significant experience of delivering large scale, multi-functional, multi-geography projects within a world-class organisation, ideally within a tier 1 consultancy or professional services firm, with specialist knowledge of change management or risk analysis and a track record of delivering projects on-time, on-scope & on-budget. The role demands outstanding interpersonal skills, the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and the ability to overcome challenges to progress.
