As a Candidate Resourcer, you will research companies and organisational structures via our extensive client database, to target high calibre finance professionals. A large proportion of this work is telephone based, developing into face-to-face interviewing and candidate management.
You will focus on developing information and relationships with a range of individuals to assist in their career development. You will become expert in identifying our current and future market place needs across a range of industries and professional accountancy disciplines. You will assist the business by:
- Delivering regular, timely focused reports and communication on key candidate information
- Providing invaluable market research to the client team
- Speeding up the process of matching candidates and job requirements
- Providing a consistent and loyal base of high calibre candidates
As an ambitious graduate calibre individual with the hunger and desire to work in a competitive and professional recruitment environment, you will have a minimum of 6-months telesales or outbound call centre experience in a customer facing role. Alternatively, you may be a trainee recruitment consultant seeking an outstanding training programme and a chance to develop in a stable team environment, where you can participate in individual and team rewards.
