REFERRALS
The Harcourt Matthews referral scheme will pay £250 for each candidate referred to us who we subsequently place
We are always interested to hear about people you work with or people you know from your courses or even old friends from school or university.
There are 2 ways to make your referrals:
- e-mail us with your referral by completing the form below
- contact your consultant with the details of your referral on 020 8370 4000
These referrals can be made in confidence if you prefer and dealt with discretely.
Before any reward becomes payable, the referral(s) that we place must complete a probationary period with their new employer as follows:
- permanent/contract assignment - 12 weeks completed work
- temporary workers - 200 hours on a single or concurrent assignment(s)
Harcourt Matthews reserve the right to alter the Terms & Conditions of the referral scheme without any requirement to notify any other parties involved.
