Job Description: Operating within the fast moving & competitive Private Equity & Property market, this organisation is renowned for innovative and high quality client service. Supporting a broad range of organisations, the business continues to experience ongoing, profitable growth. As a result, an opportunity for an Assistant Accountant exists to support the finance team. Your brief includes:

·Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for first review
·Calculation & preparation of drawdown and distribution notices for first review
·Provision of adhoc analysis for review
·Preparation on monthly invoices for review
·Assisting with the annual audit process

As either a Part Qualified or Qualified By Experience individual with proven accounts preparation experience, strong Excel skills and a can do attitude, you will be a team player capable of working to tight deadlines. Knowledge of the Private equity sector and/or US GAAP is advantageous.
