Job Description: As a market leader within the Property, Construction and Infrastructure sector, this FTSE Plc invests in a broad range of projects encompassing Private Finance Initiatives and Public-Private Partnerships. Continued successful expansion through the winning of new business has created a new requirement for a Project Accountant to support the Investments division. Your brief includes:

·Financial control & provision of financial data on PPP/PFI projects
·Budgeting, reporting and control of project performance
·Quarterly forecasting & annual business planning
·Identification and solution of key financial risks
·Highlighting options for maximising profit & shareholder returns
·Managing year end audit process, ensuring VAT & CIS compliance
As a graduate, ideally with a finance-related degree and a good academic track record, you will be seeking to study for a professional accounting qualification and demonstrate an interest in commercial and financial activities, the ability to solve problems and build strong business relationships alongside excellent Excel skills.
