Operating within the highly competitive and dynamic Property-Engineering sector, this household name specialises in residential construction, facilities management, property development and projects across the UK. A high profile opportunity has arisen for a Financial Analyst to support a key division. A broad brief includes: ·Preparation of management accounts, budgets, forecasts, analysis and project costs for key business division ·Assisting with Special Purpose Vehicle SPV / SPC reporting & budgeting ·Assisting in Bid financial analysis, supporting deal negotiations ·Financial modelling for existing projects, refinancing, investment sales and new markets As a qualified accountant with a strong academic track record, you will demonstrate proven technical skills, an eye for detail and strong Excel skills. You will be a self-starter with a proactive, energetic approach and the ability to add value immediately. The business offers excellent long-term career progression. |
