Operating within the fast moving & competitive Private Equity & Property market, this Business Services organisation is renowned for innovative and high quality client service. Supporting a broad range of organisations, the business continues to experience ongoing, profitable growth. As a result, an opportunity for a Compliance Manager to support the MD exists. Your brief includes: ·Responsibility for the compliance function for both fund and fiduciary ·Review of rule changes, new guidance and assessment of business impact ·Due Diligence review undertaken for new clients - providing legal/regulatory advice ·Assisting with review and risk assessment of contract documents for new business ·Compliance reporting to client Boards to specific formats and standards Additionally, you will co-ordinate regulatory visits & internal audits alongside annual, quarterly and monthly reporting for senior management and external bodies. As a qualified accountant with a strong compliance track record, gained ideally within the Financial Services sector, you will demonstrate knowledge of fund & fiduciary regulations and risk assessment, strong commercial awareness and the ability to implement process and compliance improvements. |
