Providing business services to Private Equity, Venture Capital & Real Estate, this highly successful group with c$40bn of assets under administration has developed an enviable reputation within a niche sector supporting a broad portfolio of investors and funds. Continued growth has created an opportunity for a Head of Fund Accounting to support the Operations Director. A varied brief includes: ·Management of accounting responsibilities of Client & Assistant Directors ·Ensuring compliance with accounting rules, regulations, policies and procedures ·Measure and control the quality of accounting performance ·Development of strong business relationships with key clients ·Contribute and participate in New Business sales pitches ·Maintenance of client forecasting models reflecting future revenue prospects ·Manage set up process for new clients fund accounting As a qualified accountant with strong technical experience and a background in private equity or investment banking, you will be accustomed to developing relationships with senior management, influencing decision makers and implementing change as necessary. |
