As a high growth division of FTSE 250 Plc, this successful Facilities Management group offers a broad range of services to blue chip, national and local government clients. The organisation has enjoyed double digit growth in recent years and has ambitious plans to capitalise on this success. As a result, a newly created role has arisen for a Commercial Bid Finance Manager to support the New Business division. Key responsibilities include: Acting as finance bid lead on a range of £multi-million bids Bid business case commercial modelling to support bid tenders Contract review and negotiation on preferential and competitive terms Presentation of commercial analysis, concepts & financial information to the Board and to Customers As a bright graduate qualified accountant, you will demonstrate proven bid support & negotiation experience gained within a dynamic corporate / services environment alongside excellent modelling skills and the ability to influence the Bid / Sales Business development community as well as senior management.
