As a private equity backed Facilities Management group, t/o £300m, this organisation supports UK clients across several key sectors providing maintenance and capital investment services to public sector businesses. Ongoing expansion has created a 3-6 month assignment for a technically strong Finance Manager to Lead and deliver a series of Group accounting projects in this rapidly growing business. Your brief includes: ·Review of the impact of a UK GAAP to IFRS conversion ·Review of Group consolidation process, designing and embedding a better process ·Input into process and controls design on financial accounting & treasury improvement projects ·Redesign of Annual Report & Accounts to gain clarity and be more informative ·Complete review of cash cycle & generation, management fees and dividends from subsidiaries ·Assisting with balance sheet review on subsidiary value As a graduate ACA or ACCA, having trained within a medium sized practice / commercial business, you will demonstrate strong technical capability, proven UK GAAP, IFRS & consolidations experience alongside a challenging and energetic approach. A track record of implementing change and improvement with the ability to influence senior management is essential. |
