As a highly successful international AIM-listed group operating within the Commodities-Mining sector, this Private Equity backed organisation is entering IPO and continues to enjoy significant returns across all key business subsidiaries. Ongoing growth and development has created an exciting opportunity for a Group Financial Controller to support the international business. Your brief includes: ·Supporting the CFO whilst the group undertakes an IPO ·Providing full financial control across the group ·Preparation of consolidated financial accounts ·Providing monthly management reporting and commentary for board pack ·Preparation of budgets and forecasts ·Review of business performance - highlighting trends & variances Additionally, you will act as a key contact point for Regional Financial Controllers. As a qualified ACA or ACCA, you will demonstrate strong consolidations, financial and management accounts experience gained within an international business environment, having trained within practice. The role demands a confident, proactive individual accustomed to reporting on multi-site operations. Fluency in Russian is advantageous, although not essential, as is a willingness to travel abroad as required. |
