As a highly successful international (SME) group operating within the Commodities-Mining sector, this Private Equity backed organisation is entering IPO and continues to enjoy significant returns across all key business subsidiaries. Ongoing growth and development has created an exciting opportunity for a Group Finance Manager to support the international and Russian businesses. Your brief includes: ·Supporting the CFO & CEO, whilst the group undertakes an IPO ·Provide full financial control, improving processes and systems ensuring clarity, transparency and accuracy of group companies and Projects accounting ·Prepare consolidated financial accounts ·Provide monthly management reporting and commentary for the Board pack ·Preparation of budgets, forecasts and annual plans .Review of business performance - highlighting trends & variances of of group companies & projects ·Acting as a key contact point for regional Financial Controllers ·Support on adhoc projects - M&A, due diligence, investment appraisal, Business Case work As a qualified ACA or ACCA, you will demonstrate strong consolidations, financial and management accounts experience gained within an international business environment, having trained within practice. The role demands a confident, proactive individual accustomed to reporting on multi-site operations. Given the focus of the role, fluency or a working knowledge of Russian is essential, as is a willingness to travel abroad as required. |
