As a FTSE Plc, this leading infrastructure investment group operates across four specialist divisions including PFi/PPP, demonstrating the ability to provide integrated solutions to a broad client base. The business has expanded rapidly, both organically and via acquisition, and has over £1bn of funds under investment across various sectors. A high profile Project Director - Building Schools opportunity exists to support a key BSF investment project. Key responsibilities include: ·Providing leadership and BSF bid direction for the project as a member of the bid team ·Development of client relationships pre-bid and during the bid stages ·Identify and develop opportunities for competitive advantage during the bid ·Ensuring the bid is cost effective and a realistic budget established ·Lead and facilitate a competitive, cohesive and compliant bid at each process stage As a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal & leadership skills and strong bid planning ability, you will demonstrate substantial experience of understanding, leading and involvement in the bid process, with evidence of successfully bidding for PFI/PPP type contracts within the BSF arena through all stages to financial close. |
