As a market leader within the Property, Construction & Infrastructure sector, this group invests in a broad range of projects encompassing Private Finance Initiatives & Public-Private Partnerships. Continued successful expansion through the winning of new business has created a new opportunity for a Management Accountant to support a range of property development projects, Joint Ventures & project companies. Your brief includes: ·Preparation of monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts & annual business plans ·Providing financial transaction support to projects ·Monitoring project financial progress & reporting to stakeholders on KPI's ·Identification & mitigation of key financial risks ·Control & reporting of bid & development costs Additionally, you will develop financial controls & processes & support the year-end accounting programme. As a graduate Finalist/Qualified accountant with a strong academic track record, you will demonstrate proven management accounting experience gained within a Property or Project Finance environment, alongside hands on Excel skills & a commercially focused approach. Experience of SPV, Joint Ventures &/or LLP is highly advantageous. |
