As a market leader within the Property, Construction and Infrastructure sector, this group invests in a broad range of projects encompassing Private Finance Initiatives and Public-Private Partnerships. Continued successful expansion through the winning of new business has created a new requirement for a Commercial Accountant to support a range of PPP & PFI bidding and business development projects. Your brief includes: ·Assisting with preparation of quarterly forecast process for bidding activity ·Supporting preparation of annual five year plan ·Ensure bid costs are properly budgeted and approved ·Review, investigation and reporting on variances to budget/forecast ·Analysis of bid success rate, benchmarking bids, ratio of bid costs to investment ·Assisting with preparation of board reports including KPIs As a graduate Finalist with a strong academic track record, you will demonstrate strong management accounting and analytical experience, hands on Excel skills and a proactive, commercially focused approach.
