As a market leader within the Property, Construction and Infrastructure sector, this group invests in a broad range of projects encompassing Private Finance Initiatives and Public-Private Partnerships. Continued successful expansion through the winning of new business has created a new requirement for a Project Accountant to support a range of PPP & PFI projects. Your brief includes: Financial control & provision of financial data on projects Preparation of monthly management accounts Assisting with preparation of project budgets and forecasts Monitoring and reporting on cashflow Supporting preparation of statutory accounts and year-end audits Acting as finance contact for key stakeholders As a graduate Part Qualified/Finalist with a good academic track record, you will demonstrate strong management accounting and analytical experience, hands on Excel skills and a proactive, commercially focused approach.
