Exciting expansion plans and meeting ambitious strategic targets have created a high profile Financial Controller to support the CFO. A broad & varied brief includes: ·Day to day management & development of the finance team of 12 ·Coordination & reporting of monthly financial accounts pack ·Review & analysis of business performance, trends & variances ·Control of year end & statutory accounting and management of the audit ·Review of financial controls & implementation of improved processes ·Support the integration of SME £200k - £3m t/o acquisitions into finance systems, making the appropriate changes As a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills and experience of implementing business improvements, gained within an SME, you will demonstrate a hands-on approach, an eye for detail and a deadline focus. You will also have been exposed to change in your present business bringing the learning to this hi-growth business. The role offers visibility at Board level and an opportunity to add value immediately. |
