Providing a comprehensive range of services across Corporate-Investment Banking & Investment Fund Management, this leading group continues to enjoy successful hi-growth across all global divisions. A new high profile, client facing Senior Analyst opportunity has arisen supporting a key Investment Fund Director. During an exciting growth phase your brief includes: ·A client facing position providing extensive financial analysis of infrastructure investment fund portfolios, identifying & implementing efficiency savings & value enhancements with portfolio companies ·Development of fund financial models with a view to sale & exit (M&A due diligence) ·Assisting with corporate plans, cashflow preparation & fund portfolio sale & exit scenarios ·Supporting due diligence and data room orchestration, process management & reporting / presentations ·Liaison with portfolio Controllers on financial model evaluation, MI & analysis .Assisting senior funders on raising senior debt facility at fund level As a graduate demonstrating strong analytical experience, proven financial modelling ability & advanced Excel skills, you will have gained relevant exposure within a blue chip corporate environment. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with of portfolio company senior management & potential investors.
