As a market leader within the Property, Construction and Infrastructure sector, this international group invests in a broad range of projects encompassing Private Finance Initiatives and Public-Private Partnerships. Continued successful expansion across all divisions has created a need for a Finance Manager to support a key project area. Your brief includes: ·Financial control for a range of ongoing PFI-PPP projects ·Preparation & presentation of monthly management information ·Budgeting, reporting & control of project performance against KPI's ·Identification & mitigation of key financial risks ·Highlighting opportunities for maximising profit & shareholder return As a qualified accountant with a strong academic track record, proven technical financial & reporting experience alongside a commercial outlook, you will demonstrate hands on Excel skills, the ability to work within project deadlines and the gravitas to influence senior management. Exposure to the PFI/PPP sector is advantageous but not essential. |
