As a private equity backed Business Services group, this organisation supports UK clients across several key sectors providing outsourced property maintenance, repairs and services to public & private sector entities. Impressive growth and ongoing expansion has created a role for a commercially focused Commercial Finance / FP&A Manager to support development and mobilisation of new businesses. Your brief includes: ·Delivering first class business partnership, project management information, planning, forecasting & analysis ·Influence management in decision making and act a "change agent" whilst providing robust management information ·Prepare & challenge forecasts & budgets liaising closely with business managers ·Analysis of business development opportunities, bids and re-bids ensuring commercial viability ·Preparation of business cases for capital/working capital (CAPEX) investments ·Preparation of monthly management accounts including balanced score card, KPI's, cashflow & balance sheet for each contract As a graduate qualified accountant demonstrating strong business partnering, analysis & interpretation, financial planning & reporting experience alongside excellent Excel skills, you will be an energetic and dynamic individual with the gravitas to influence and challenge senior management. The role will incorporate travel to project sites based in East & West London. |
