As a private equity backed, £350 million turnover, Commercial Services group, this organisation supports UK clients across several key sectors providing outsourced property repairs and maintenance solutions to public & private sector customers. Ongoing expansion has created a role for a commercially focused Senior Business Planning Analyst (Commercial Projects) to support development and mobilisation 2 - 3 new projects. Your brief includes: ·Delivering first class business partnership, project management information, plans, forecasts & analysis to Executives ·Influencing management decision making, acting as a "change agent" providing financial leadership & robust management information. ·Prepare & challenge forecasts & budgets liaising closely with business managers ·Analysis of business development opportunities, bids and re-bids ensuring commercial viability ·Preparation of business cases for capital/working capital (CAPEX) investments ·Preparation of monthly management accounts including balanced score card, KPI's, cashflow & balance sheet for each contract As a graduate finalist/qualified accountant demonstrating strong business partnering, analysis & interpretation and financial planning experience alongside excellent Excel skills, you will be an energetic and dynamic individual with the gravitas to influence and challenge senior management. The role will incorporate travel to project sites based in East & West London. |
