As the result of corporate restructuring and significant financial investment, the business is seeking a Finance Manager to assist with the development of the finance function and support ambitious expansion plans. A broad brief includes: ·Preparation of consolidated financial accounts for monthly reporting ·Review and presentation of monthly management accounts ·Financial analysis of store performance, trends and variances ·Supporting budgeting and forecasting process ·Supporting development of financial systems and process improvements As a qualified accountant with proven process/systems development and improvement gained within a multi-site Retail or FMCG enterprise, and a track record of managing and developing a finance team, you will be comfortable working within a challenging, dynamic business environment undergoing significant change. The successful candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and be keen to be involved at all levels of the business. |
