As a private equity backed FM & business services group, this organisation supports UK clients across several key sectors providing outsourced facilities management property maintenance, repairs and services to public & private sector entities. Impressive growth and ongoing expansion has created a 12-month assignment for a commercially focused Commercial FP&A/Financial Controller to support a key business region. Your brief includes: ·Delivering first class FP&A management information - planning, forecasting & analysis ·Provide financial leadership and business partnering via your team - preparing & challenging forecasts & budgets liaising closely with contract / project business managers ·Reviewing the teams preparation of monthly management accounts including balanced score card, KPI's, cashflow & balance sheet for each contract ·Analysis of business development opportunities, bids and re-bids ensuring commercial viability .Preparation of business cases for capital/working capital CAPEX & OPEX investments As a graduate qualified accountant demonstrating strong analysis, financial planning & reporting experience alongside excellent Excel skills, you will be an energetic and dynamic individual with the gravitas to influence and challenge senior management. Ideally you will have strong understanding of FM, projects and/or the contracts markets. Immediate start available |
