This highly successful PFI/PPP business, itself a subsidiary of a FTSE group, continues to experience profitable growth within a competitive market place through a range of PFI investments & projects across the UK & Europe. As a result of impressive business expansion, the group is currently seeking a commercially focused Head of Finance to support a key division. A broad and varied brief includes: ·Management & development of a large financial control team: 35+ staff ·Overseeing concession / SPC / SPV monthly reporting including financial & management statutory accounting and reporting, cashflow, corporate governance etc ·Driving through budgeting & forecasting & modelling controls and processes ·Provision of technical support on key financial projects including IFRS conversion and managemnt of external advisors ·Development of the internal audit function including controls & process improvement As a qualified accountant, you will demonstrate a successful track record of achievement within a PFI/PPP/concessions and/or SPC/SPV environment or other related industry. The position demands technical strength, enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal skills and the gravitas to influence senior management & shareholders. The group offers future career development at senior finance or operational level. |
