This fast expanding PFI & PPP SME offers a broad range of SPV management and PFI consultancy services. Winning bids have led to several new projects earmarked for 2011, encompassing complete managed services covering all commercial project aspects including employer's agent/independent certifying, construction technical support, change evaluation support etc. As a result, a newly created role exists for a Finance Manager to support an SPV-SPC portfolio. With responsibility for several portfolio companies, you will act as a Financial Controller for ongoing projects and joint ventures. A broad & varied brief includes: ·Control of financial management, forecasting & reporting for PFI projects ·Management of the budget & planning process ·Supporting budget holders on cost control ·Control of monthly management accounts, performance & variance analysis ·Investigation of new value enhancements to accounting and finance processes As a technically strong qualified accountant with demonstrable Pfi/SPC/SPV accounting skills, you will be a commercially focused individual with the gravitas to advise & influence senior board members & operations managers.
