As a market leader within the Pfi & PPP sector, this hi-growth investment management group offers a broad range of projects encompassing Property, Construction, Infrastructure and Waste recycling. Continued, successful, expansion through winning bids and new projects has created a new opportunity for a Financial Controller. Supporting the division you will have responsibility for all UK & international financial control for ongoing projects and joint ventures. A broad & varied brief includes: ·Control of financial management, control, forecasting & reporting including budget & plan process for PFI & partnership property development management projects ·Supporting budget holders in cost control ·Control of monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts & annual business plan including bidding budgets, property Joint Ventures & project companies ·Investigate new value enhancements to the accounting and finance processes ·Variance analysis, review and commentary ·Management and development of finance team of qualified & non-qualified staff As a technically strong qualified accountant with demonstrable Pfi accounting skills, ideally gained within the Property or Construction sectors, you will be a commercially focused individual with the gravitas to advise & influence senior operations managers. Strong staff management skills and PFI experience are essential with experience of managing qualified staff preferable. |
