Continued development in all business areas has created a temporary to permanent opportunity for a Finance Manager to support a divisional Financial Controller. Your brief includes: *Provision of financial accounting service for the division *Fund investment asset accounting including quarterly revaluations, disposal & acquisition accounting, reviewing & validating capex *Supporting audit & annual reporting process for year end accounts *Assisting with preparation of quarterly management accounts *Supporting the reporting process for Fund Investors As a qualified accountant with a strong technical accounting background, ideally gained within the Property, Fund or Investment Accounting sectors, excellent Excel experience & a commercial focus, you will be seeking a developmental opportunity within a challenging, dynamic business.
