As a market leader within the Property, Construction and Infrastructure sector, this group invests in a broad range of projects encompassing Private Finance Initiatives and Public-Private Partnerships. Continued successful expansion through the winning of new business has created a new 6-9 month contract assignment for a Project Accountant to support a range of PPP & PFI projects. Your brief includes: *Financial control & provision of financial data on projects *Preparation of monthly management accounts *Assisting with preparation of project budgets and forecasts *Monitoring and reporting on cash flow *Supporting preparation of statutory accounts and year end audits *Acting as finance contact for key stakeholders As a graduate Part Qualified/Finalist with a strong academic track record, you will demonstrate proven technical accounting and analytical experience, hands on Excel skills and a proactive, commercially focused approach. |
