As a market leader within the Pfi & PPP sector, this hi-growth investment management group offers a broad range of projects encompassing Property, Construction, Infrastructure and Waste recycling. Continued, successful, expansion through winning bids and new projects has created a new 6-9 month contract opportunity for a Finance Manager. Taking responsibility for key UK & international projects and joint ventures, a broad & varied brief includes: *Financial control for a range of ongoing PFI-PPP projects *Preparation & presentation of monthly management information *Budgeting, reporting & control of project performance against KPI's *Identification & mitigation of key financial risks *Highlighting opportunities for maximising profit & shareholder return As a qualified accountant with a strong academic track record, proven technical financial & reporting experience alongside a commercial outlook, you will demonstrate hands on Excel skills, the ability to work within project deadlines and the gravitas to influence senior management. |
