Operating within the competitive consumer & business services sector, this niche provider is enjoying ongoing growth and development across all key business divisions. Exciting expansion plans and ambitious strategic targets have created a 9-12 month assignment for a Finance Manager to support the integration of a number of UK-wide SME business acquisitions. A broad & varied brief includes: *Review of financial & management accounts including P&L and balance sheet of SME acquisitions (t/o range £500k - £5m) *Understand completion accounts and current financial processes adopted by vendors including comprehensive analysis of management accounts *Ensure all processes and controls are fully aligned to group accounting format *Complete final accounts prior to transfer & integration into group finance *Review financial controls ensuring the implementation of improved processes *Liaise with Finance & Operations teams throughout the group ensuring newly acquired businesses are fully integrated *Review of acquisition accounts post-integration onto Sage & Excel As a qualified accountant with strong technical financial management accounting and acquisition & integration skills gained within an SME environment, you will have a history of integrating finance into parent businesses. You must demonstrate a proactive, energetic approach, an eye for detail and the ability to add value. Immediate start available. |
