As a private equity backed Business Services group, this organisation supports UK clients across several key sectors providing outsourced facilities management - property maintenance, repairs and services to public & private sector entities. Impressive growth and ongoing expansion has created a role for an operationally business minded Commercial Finance Manager to support development and mobilisation of new businesses. Your brief includes: *Delivering first class business performance support, management information, planning, forecasting & analysis *Prepare, influence and challenge forecasts & budgets, liaising closely with Operations Directors and Managers *Support preparation of monthly management accounts including balanced score card, KPI's, cashflow & balance sheet for each contract *Provide insights and analysis of business development opportunities, bids and re-bids ensuring commercial viability *Prepare business cases for capital/working capital investments As a graduate qualified accountant with substantial analysis, financial planning & reporting experience alongside strong Excel skills, you will demonstrate an operational, commercial focus. As an energetic and dynamic individual, you will act as a business partner to the non-finance community & possess the gravitas to influence and challenge senior management. |
