Operating within the Business Services sector, this entrepreneurial organisation has developed an enviable track record within the corporate finance marketplace. Seeking to capitalise on existing success and targeting ambitious growth plans, the business is currently offering a high profile opportunity to a Corporate Finance Manager to support a range of transaction projects. A broad and varied brief includes: *Generating leads for smaller transactions and project work *Supporting origination of mid-sized transactions & leading as a key client contact *Leading deals and projects of a mid-sized nature, providing strategic input on smaller deals and supporting Directors on larger transactions *Supporting the final sign off for valuations *Coordination of Excel financial models incorporating balance sheet, profit & loss and cash flow funding *Ensuring compliance with internal systems & processes As qualified ACA/ACCA or MBA with a 2:1 degree or above, you will demonstrate a track record within corporate finance, strong technical deal skills including merger accounting, financial statement modelling, scenario analysis & leveraged deal structures alongside proven commercial acumen. The role demands outstanding interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills with an eye for detail and a deadline focus. |
