As a Construction-Business-Healthcare services group specialising in a rapidly expanding niche market, this highly successful organisation supports a broad range of property & healthcare services throughout the UK & internationally to an increasing client base. With ambitious project development plans and continued growth, the business has created a new opportunity for a Procurement & Purchasing Manager to support the commercial team, reporting to the CFO. Your brief includes: *Assisting with the development of group purchasing policy & systems *Implementation of robust procurement controls, systems & processes *Advising budget holders on pricing, contracts & service level agreements *Management & control of budget expenditure on goods, services & categories *Negotiation of competitive agreements with a range of suppliers - national & local Demonstrating a proven track record of implementing & developing procurement & purchasing frameworks within a multisite environment, you will be adept at supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, building strong supplier relationships & supporting operations managers on procurement procedure & best practice. Strong interpersonal skills and gravitas to persuade all operations to adopt your plans are pre-requisite. |
