As a market leader within the Property, Construction and Infrastructure sector, this international group invests in a broad range of projects encompassing Private Finance Initiatives and Public-Private Partnerships. Continued successful expansion across all divisions has created a 6-month assignment for a Project Accountant to support a range of key projects. Your brief includes: *Financial control for a range of current PFI-PPP projects *Preparation of management accounts including P&L, balance sheet & variance analysis *Completion of month end, finalising trial balance & posting journals *Preparation of client invoices, supplier payments & bank reconciliations *Supporting the preparation of budgets & forecasts for projects As a part qualified accountant with strong technical finance & reporting skills, proven Excel experience & a commercial outlook, you will demonstrate the ability to work within project deadlines, develop relationships with stakeholders & business partners & the gravitas to influence senior management.
