Due to consistent profitable growth and internal promotion, this Business Services group is currently seeking an Assistant Director to support the on-going development of a high profile Corporate Finance division. Working alongside a broad range of clients & managing a range of M&A transactions, with values up to £20m, your brief encompasses: *Leading deals & transactions for disposals, acquisitions, fundraising & valuations *Preparation of business plans & Information Memoranda *Structuring & funding transactions *Preparation of bid documents *Maximising financial returns for clients & the group Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying & winning business by building a strong personal profile within the marketplace. As a qualified ACA or equivalent with a proven academic track record, you will demonstrate substantial corporate finance & lead advisory experience, in-depth technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills & strong staff management ability.
