Job Description: Operating within the competitive Telecomms sector, this highly successful business continues to develop its market share through competitive pricing, an innovative product portfolio and leading edge technology. A fixed term contract for an HR Officer has arisen to provide generalist HR services to the UK business. A broad and varied brief includes:

*Acting a business partner by providing advice on recruitment, employment legislation, absence management & disciplinary procedures
*Processing recruitment administration including vacancy advertising, eligibility to work & reference/visa checking
*Management of weekly & monthly payroll including payroll bureau liaison, P35 returns & P11d completion
*Conducting new employee induction days, exit interviews & employment terminations
*Identification of training & development needs with line management

With a CIPD qualification, you will demonstrate proven generalist HR experience gained in a corporate business environment alongside a sound knowledge of UK Employment Law, strong interview capability & hands on payroll processing skills. The role demands a proactive, energetic nature and the ability to influence senior managers & directors.
