As a leading Facilities Management provider, this expanding group offers a broad range of systems and services to an enviable portfolio of clients across the UK. Operating through 3 key divisions, the business has developed a reputation for competitive pricing and the delivery of excellent customer service. Internal restructuring has created a 9-15 month contract for a hands-on Management Accountant to support the General Manager for £20m t/o business, in a high profile regional contract. Your brief includes: *Business partnering the General Manager providing decision support and commercial insights into the contract WIP and value *Preparation of monthly WIP, management accounts and analysis for the contract *Responsible for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet and reviews with operations management *Financial analysis of contract spend against budget, highlighting trends & variances *Monitoring monthly contract costs against forecasts As a qualified accountant, you will demonstrate strong commercial management accounts, P&L and balance sheet expertise, gained within a commercial business environment. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive nature and the ability to build robust relationships with the business / operations community. Immediate start available. |
