Continued growth across all divisions has created a high profile role for a Project-Operations Analyst to join a PMO team & support the global business community across several key shared service centres. Your brief includes: * Assisting with the collation & analysis of data & information * Review & restructure of existing core processes * Identify & support business cases for new processes * Implement operational improvements to enhance service & quality * Development & benchmarking of performance measurement With Lean Six Sigma certification, hands on Excel skills & strong project management experience gained within a shared service environment, you will demonstrate a track record of coordinating & managing process improvement across a multidisciplinary organisation. The role demands excellent interpersonal ability, the gravitas to build robust internal relationships & a results-driven focus. |
