One of the world`s largest Retail Leasing groups, this entrepreneurial business continues to maintain its leading position within the market place, through outstanding customer service and competitive pricing. Ambitious expansion and development plans within the European business have created a high profile opportunity for a Tax Manager to support the management of international income tax & corporate country tax activity. Reporting to the Tax Director, a broad and varied brief includes: *Management of US GAAP quarterly & annual reporting process including review of tax reporting packages & cash tax updates *Review of & advising on tax law changes, forecasted impact on business & potential tax savings *Management of UK corporate tax obligations for UK group entities including corporate tax returns, cash tax payments & statutory accounts disclosures *Review of changes in international transfer pricing requirements, ensuring corporate compliance at local level & maximisation of potential savings opportunities *Supporting UK employment tax obligations: P11Ds, annual PSA return & Taxed Award Scheme As a graduate ACA or ATTII qualified, you will demonstrate significant UK tax & US GAAP experience, gained within a professional accountancy firm or a multinational blue chip environment. As a proactive self-starter, you will possess strong project management skills, the gravitas to influence senior finance managers & the drive to implement change as necessary. |
