This leading global £multi-billion turnover Business Services group, operating within the UK, Europe, US & Asia markets, has developed an enviable reputation for outstanding professional services and delivering innovative solutions to an international client base. Continued growth has created a new opportunity for a Financial Accounting Supervisor to support & develop a team within the group finance function. A broad brief includes: Acting as senior finance contact for outsourced suppliers & facilitating accounting operations Reviewing the completion of VAT & statutory returns Reviewing & authorising finance & salary payments Supporting process improvement & development, change management & key finance projects Coordination & monitoring of key financial outputs from accounting team Development & management of finance staff - team of 5 - 8 people As a qualified accountant with strong financial control, process & staff management skills gained within a larger practise or commercial environment, you will demonstrate an eye for detail, the ability to implement process improvements and the gravitas to build robust internal & external business relationships. The role demands a confident, proactive approach alongside the capability of working on your own initiative & as part of a team. |
