This leading infrastructure investment group operates across four specialist divisions including PFI/PPP, Construction & Regeneration, demonstrating the ability to provide integrated solutions to a broad client base. Expanding rapidly, both organically and via acquisition, the group currently boasts £1bn of funds under investment. With a number of high profile property projects earmarked over the next 3-5 years, a high profile Project Accountant-Finance Manager role exists to support a range of new and existing projects. Key responsibilities include: Acting as Financial business partner supporting multiple stakeholders & SPC operations Preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory accounts for projects Financial analysis highlighting trends and variances Preparation of cashflow forecasting and working capital reviews Supporting project managers on re-bid budgets, costs and actuals As a strong finalist or qualified accountant, you will demonstrate proven financial-management accounting, analysis and budgeting experience gained ideally within a project or contract environment. The role demands a commercial outlook alongside a ?business partnering? approach with the gravitas to influence the non-finance community. |
