Internal promotion has created a career opportunity for an Investor Relations Analyst, a key role, supporting the Fund Portfolio Corporate Investor Relations team, responsible for monitoring, assessing and reporting on the performance of the investment portfolio. Your brief includes: *Management of Portfolio Review process including development of reporting system *Preparation and distribution of quarterly reports to investors *Investor liaison regarding fund extensions, amendments & issues *Planning key investor meetings, preparation of minutes & liaison with the Board *Drafting & distribution of press releases & special investment notices *Development of investor relations database for maximum benefit As a 2:1 or First Class graduate, with proven experience of working within an Investor Relations team & familiarity with the Private Equity sector or Client services or Marketing or Finance, you will be a strong team player with excellent analytical & numeracy skills alongside a process-focused approach. The role demands a confident outlook & the gravitas to influence key decision makers. The business offers on going career prospects. |
