This SME entrepreneurial group, current t/o £2m, is rapidly developing a strong reputation within a niche Retail sector. Offering a range of services to an instantly recognisable portfolio of blue chip automotive clients & with ambitious expansion plans, the business is currently seeking a Finance Manager to support the next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chairman, your brief includes: * Management of financial transactions including ledgers, debtor control & bank reconciliations * Review of Profit & Loss and balance sheet accounts * Preparation of monthly management accounts * Analysis of financial performance, trends & variances * Preparation of annual statutory accounts * Supporting the budgeting & forecasting process As a part qualified accountant with proven financial & management accounting skills, gained within a small to medium sized business, you will be accustomed to working within a fast paced & challenging environment. The role demands an eye for detail, a hands-on approach & the gravitas to support senior managers, alongside the ability to implement existing financial processes & controls.
