This global VC backed Energy group is expanding rapidly via M&A and organic growth, alongside upstream collaborative projects & Joint Ventures. As a recently formed organisation operating along Plc lines, the group has a forecasted turnover of £400m+. Infrastructure needs and ongoing development within international markets, has created a high profile opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious individual to join the Group Finance & Planning & analysis function. Reporting to the Deputy CFO, this broad role encompasses: Initially orchestrate budgeting & forecasting process for group & Head Office functions including Business Development projects Develop & transform monthly management reporting & analysis for multiple stakeholders Provide consolidation of divisional results and comprehensive board reporting Review of business performance - provide analysis highlighting trends & variances Act as key contact point for Regional Financial Controllers Group financial analysis, competitor reviews, benchmarking, support on M&A acquisitions & group strategic development As a qualified accountant with a strong academic track record & excellent accounting technical skills, you will demonstrate strong budgeting & forecasting leadership and management reporting process improvement as well as planning experience gained within an international, blue chip, business environment. The role demands a confident, proactive individual accustomed to reporting on international multi-site operations and working with high profile industry specialists operation in an entrepreneurial culture.
