As a private equity backed Facilities Management group, c£400m t/o, this organisation is itself a division of one of the leading business services groups in the UK, supporting clients across the key sectors alongside providing real estate: repair maintenance and capital investment services to the public & private sector. A high profile 3-month assignment for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager has arisen to support the group. Your brief includes: *Orchestrate strategic financial planning, budgeting & financial analysis processes, working cross-functionally with Regions & Business Unit heads *Review & analysis of performance against forecasted & actual results *Management of Board reporting & forecast processes for Contracts, job projects, WIP, sales, margins, costs and capital expenditure *Assisting Group Director of Finance, CFO & Group FC in developing analytical reporting, planning and financial performance using TM1 systems *Management of finance & group finance systems team *Supporting special projects - bid support, deal evaluation, business cases and appraisals & acquisitions As a qualified accountant you will demonstrate excellent financial planning & reporting management skills, hands on staff management experience and the ability to champion robust control and finance systems assurance.
