As a private equity backed Business Services group, this organisation supports UK clients across several key sectors providing outsourced facilities management - property maintenance, repairs and services to public & private sector entities. Impressive growth and on-going expansion has created a temporary contract to permanent role for a commercially focused Finance Manager to support a key £100m t/0, business region. Your brief includes: *Driving preparation & consolidation of regional management & financial reporting *Preparation of monthly management accounts, business performance & trend analysis, with the emphasis in creating more time on the commercial analysis. *Supporting senior management in the monthly analysis of contract financial performance *Review of key variances against budgets & forecasts, including cash flow and working capital *Supporting financial systems & process improvements *Driving change and best practises As a graduate qualified accountant demonstrating strong financial, management reporting and analysis skills, evidence of stakeholder engagement & partnering, and a history of implementing financial improvements, you will be an energetic, dynamic individual with the gravitas to influence senior management.
