As a market leader within the Property, Construction and Infrastructure sector, this group invests in a broad range of projects encompassing Private Finance Initiatives and Public-Private Partnerships. Continued successful expansion, through the winning of new business & achievement of ambitious growth plans, has created a new opportunity for a Project Accountant to support a range of PPP & PFI projects. Your brief includes: *Financial control & provision of financial data on projects *Preparation of monthly management accounts *Assisting with preparation of project budgets and forecasts *Monitoring and reporting on cash flow *Supporting preparation of statutory accounts and year end audits *Acting as finance contact for key stakeholders As a graduate Part Qualified with a strong academic track record, you will demonstrate proven financial/management accounting & commercial analysis experience, hands on Excel skills and a proactive, commercially focused approach. The role demands an eye for detail, the gravitas to build business relationships with the non-finance & stakeholder community and the ability to manage a number of key projects simultaneously. The group offers on-going training & development. |
