Continued organic growth, new product development and competitive pricing have created a high profile finance business partner - Senior Financial Analyst to support a European division General Manager. Your brief encompasses: *Lead, coordinate and develop planning, reporting, budgeting & analysis for regional country units, business lines & product channels *Provide financial business partnership leading commercial financial management and support to business General Managers and senior management *Support process improvements & best practice implementation *Provide detailed monthly analysis and commentary of results, ensuring commercial understanding and actions delivered *Provide decision support including business & financial analysis to create new business plans (budgets & forecasts) *Participate in Global Projects and implement initiatives as required. *Act as a business partner providing excellent customer service, contributing to building one Global finance team through close interaction with international teams. As a graduate qualified accountant with strong financial analysis & reporting, cost analysis & budgeting experience gained within a large corporate environment, you will demonstrate the ability to implement planning & budgeting initiatives to maximise profitability. You will have the gravitas to influence the non-finance community & senior finance specialists, creating `best in class` functionality.
